यह ‘calendar’ क्रिया (कैलेंडर में दर्ज करना/समय तय करना) से बना है; इसका मूल लैटिन ‘calendarium’ (लेखा-पुस्तक) और ‘calendae’ (महीने का पहला दिन) से जुड़ा है।
Definition
Calendaring means putting an event or deadline onto a calendar so it is officially scheduled; in law, it often refers to a judge or court staff setting dates for hearings or other proceedings at a calendar call.
Calendaring का अर्थ है किसी कार्यक्रम/समय-सीमा को कैलेंडर में दर्ज करके उसे औपचारिक रूप से निर्धारित करना; कानूनी संदर्भ में यह अक्सर ‘कैलेंडर कॉल’ के दौरान न्यायाधीश या अदालत द्वारा सुनवाई आदि की तारीख़ तय करने को दर्शाता है।
