Definition
Bucayo is a traditional Filipino confection made by cooking grated or desiccated coconut with sugar (and sometimes milk) until it becomes a sticky, caramel-like candy, then shaping it into small pieces.
बुकायो एक पारंपरिक फ़िलिपीनी मिठाई है जो कद्दूकस/सूखे नारियल को चीनी (और कभी-कभी दूध) के साथ पकाकर चिपचिपी, कैरामेल जैसी टॉफ़ी बनाकर तैयार की जाती है, फिर इसे छोटे टुकड़ों में ढाला जाता है।
