Definition
In common modern use, a 'boozer' is an informal word for someone who habitually drinks a lot of alcohol (a drunkard). In British informal usage it can also mean a pub. More rarely, it has been used for a WWII radar detector on British bombers and for a water-tanker vehicle.
आम आधुनिक प्रयोग में 'boozer' एक अनौपचारिक शब्द है जो ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए होता है जो आदतन बहुत शराब पीता है (शराबी)। ब्रिटिश अनौपचारिक प्रयोग में इसका अर्थ पब/मद्यशाला भी हो सकता है। कम प्रचलित अर्थों में यह ब्रिटिश बमवर्षकों पर लगा WWII काल का रडार-डिटेक्टर और पानी ढोने वाला टैंकर वाहन भी रहा है।
