Definition
Blockwork refers to building using blocks—most commonly concrete blocks—laid in courses with mortar (or sometimes dry-stacked) to form walls, partitions, foundations, and similar structural or non-structural elements. It can mean both the technique/process and the finished block-built wall.
Blockwork का अर्थ ब्लॉकों—अधिकतर कंक्रीट ब्लॉक—को परतों (courses) में मोर्टार के साथ (या कभी-कभी बिना मोर्टार के) जमाकर दीवारें, पार्टिशन, नींव आदि बनाना है। यह शब्द प्रक्रिया/तकनीक और तैयार ब्लॉक-दीवार/संरचना—दोनों के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
