Definition
Biodegrading refers to a material breaking down naturally because living organisms (especially bacteria and fungi) convert it into simpler substances like water, carbon dioxide, methane, and biomass.
Biodegrading का अर्थ है किसी पदार्थ का प्राकृतिक रूप से टूटना/विघटित होना क्योंकि जीवित जीव (विशेषकर बैक्टीरिया और फफूंद) उसे पानी, कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड, मीथेन और जैव-द्रव्यमान जैसे सरल पदार्थों में बदल देते हैं।
