Definition
Autopilot is an automatic control system that keeps a vehicle (especially an aircraft) on a set course, altitude, or speed, reducing the need for constant manual control; in everyday speech it also means doing tasks mechanically without thinking.
ऑटोपायलट एक स्वचालित नियंत्रण प्रणाली है जो किसी वाहन (खासकर विमान) को तय मार्ग, ऊँचाई या गति पर बनाए रखती है, जिससे लगातार हाथ से नियंत्रण की ज़रूरत कम होती है; आम बोलचाल में इसका अर्थ बिना सोचे-समझे यांत्रिक ढंग से काम करना भी होता है।
