Definition
An appendicolith is a small, hardened piece of stool (fecalith) or mineralized material that forms inside the appendix and can block it, increasing the risk of inflammation (appendicitis) or complications such as perforation.
एपेंडिकोलिथ (appendicolith) अपेंडिक्स के भीतर बनने वाला मल (फीकलिथ) या खनिजीकृत पदार्थ का छोटा, कठोर पिंड होता है, जो अपेंडिक्स को अवरुद्ध कर सकता है और सूजन (अपेंडिसाइटिस) या छिद्र (परफोरेशन) जैसी जटिलताओं का जोखिम बढ़ा सकता है।
