एपिक्यूल किसी संरचना के सिरे पर होने वाला बहुत छोटा, नुकीला, टिप-जैसा उभार होता है; इसका उपयोग प्रायः पत्तियों, पंखुड़ियों, बीजों या सूक्ष्म संरचनाओं के वैज्ञानिक वर्णन में किया जाता है और यह प्रजातियों की पहचान व वर्गीकरण में सहायक होता है।
