From anachron- (from Greek anachronismos, 'anachronism', from ana- 'back/again' + khronos/chronos 'time') + -ize (verb-forming suffix).
anachron- (ग्रीक anachronismos ‘काल-विसंगति’, ana- ‘पीछे/फिर’ + khronos/chronos ‘समय’) + -ize (क्रिया बनाने वाला प्रत्यय) से बना।

To attribute to a period something that belongs to another, especially by introducing details from a later or earlier era into a historical account, artwork, or setting.
किसी वस्तु/घटना/विवरण को गलत समय-काल में रख देना या किसी ऐतिहासिक वर्णन/कला/परिवेश में बाद के या पहले युग के तत्व जोड़कर उसे काल-विसंगत (anachronistic) बना देना।
