Definition
Something is affirmable if it can properly be affirmed—i.e., asserted, confirmed, or upheld as true/valid, especially by a court or by reasoning.
कोई बात/दावा 'affirmable' तब कहलाता है जब उसे उचित रूप से पुष्टि (affirm) किया जा सके—अर्थात उसे सत्य/वैध मानकर घोषित, प्रमाणित या (विशेषकर न्यायालय द्वारा) बरकरार रखा जा सके।
