Definition
Abyssality refers to the condition or quality of being abyssal—associated with the abyss, especially the great depths of the ocean (the abyssal zone), marked by darkness, high pressure, cold temperatures, and remoteness; figuratively it can describe something profoundly deep, vast, or unfathomable.
