From English wish + -ful + -ly; related to the idea of being full of wishes (desires) and expressing that manner.

ইংরেজি wish (ইচ্ছা/আকাঙ্ক্ষা) + -ful (ভরা/পূর্ণ) + -ly (ক্রিয়া-বিশেষণসূচক প্রত্যয়) থেকে; অর্থাৎ ‘ইচ্ছায় ভরা’ ধরনের মনোভাব/ভঙ্গিতে।
