Definition
A wheatberry is the whole, unprocessed kernel (seed) of wheat—bran, germ, and endosperm together—typically boiled until chewy and used as a nutritious whole grain in soups, salads, and grain bowls.
উইটবেরি হলো গমের সম্পূর্ণ, অপরিশোধিত দানা (বীজ)—ব্র্যান/ভুসি, জার্ম/অঙ্কুরাংশ এবং এন্ডোস্পার্মসহ—যা সাধারণত সেদ্ধ করে নরম-চিবোনো টেক্সচারে খাওয়া হয় এবং স্যুপ, সালাদ ও নানা শস্যভিত্তিক খাবারে পুষ্টিকর পূর্ণশস্য হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
