wet + -ability থেকে গঠিত; সারফেস সায়েন্স/রসায়নে কোনো পৃষ্ঠকে তরল কতটা ভিজাতে/ভেজাতে পারে সেই ক্ষমতা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Definition
Wettability is the degree to which a liquid spreads on or adheres to a solid surface, often quantified by the contact angle (lower contact angle = higher wettability).
ওয়েট্টাবিলিটি হলো কোনো তরল একটি কঠিন পৃষ্ঠে কতটা ছড়িয়ে পড়ে বা লেগে থাকতে পারে তার মাত্রা; এটি প্রায়ই কনট্যাক্ট অ্যাঙ্গেল দিয়ে মাপা হয় (কনট্যাক্ট অ্যাঙ্গেল যত কম, ওয়েট্টাবিলিটি তত বেশি)।
