Definition
Weighting is a process in which some parts of a calculation are given more importance than others, often by multiplying them by a weight so they influence the final result more (or less).
ওয়েটিং/ওজনায়ন হলো এমন একটি প্রক্রিয়া যেখানে কোনো হিসাব বা মূল্যায়নে কিছু অংশকে অন্য অংশের তুলনায় বেশি (বা কম) গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়—সাধারণত ‘ওজন’ (weight) দিয়ে গুণ করে যাতে চূড়ান্ত ফলাফলে তাদের প্রভাব বেশি (বা কম) হয়।
