Definition

Upwind means located on the side facing the wind, or moving toward the source of the wind (opposite of downwind).

আপ-উইন্ড বলতে বোঝায় বাতাস যেদিক থেকে আসে সেই দিকের দিকে থাকা/অবস্থিত, অথবা বাতাসের উৎসের দিকে (বাতাসের বিপরীতে) চলা; ডাউনউইন্ডের বিপরীত।
