Definition
Describes a tumor, lesion, or diseased tissue that cannot be safely or completely removed by surgery (resection), often because it has spread, involves vital structures, or the patient’s condition makes surgery too risky.
এমন টিউমার/ক্ষত/রোগাক্রান্ত টিস্যুকে বোঝায় যা অস্ত্রোপচারের মাধ্যমে (রিসেকশন করে) নিরাপদে বা সম্পূর্ণভাবে কেটে ফেলা যায় না—কারণ তা ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অঙ্গ/রক্তনালীতে জড়িয়ে আছে, বা রোগীর শারীরিক অবস্থায় অপারেশনের ঝুঁকি বেশি।
