“Undressed” is the past tense/past participle of “undress” and also an adjective. As a verb it means to take off clothes (your own or someone else’s), or more generally to remove a covering (e.g., strip something), and in medical use to remove a wound dressing. As an adjective it means partially or completely without clothes; it can also mean not finished/prepared (e.g., an undressed surface) or (of food like salad) without dressing.
