From under- + charge; attested in the sense ‘charge less than is due’, and also ‘load with too small a charge’.
under- উপসর্গ + charge শব্দের সংযোজনে গঠিত; অর্থ হলো ‘যথাযথের চেয়ে কম দাম/শুল্ক ধার্য করা’, এবং ‘অপর্যাপ্ত চার্জ/বারুদ/লোড দেওয়া’।
Definition
Used when someone bills less than the proper price/fee, or when something is given insufficient charge or loading (such as a gun or a battery).
