From theatrical + -ics, influenced by Greek theatron (“a place for viewing”) via Latin theatrum and French théâtre; later used for dramatic behavior as well as theatre-related activity.
theatrical + -ics থেকে গঠিত; গ্রিক theatron (“দেখার স্থান/মঞ্চ”) → লাতিন theatrum → ফরাসি théâtre-এর প্রভাবে শব্দটির উৎস। পরে এটি থিয়েটার-সম্পর্কিত কাজের পাশাপাশি লোক দেখানো অতিনাটকীয় আচরণ অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Definition
Theatrics refers either to the art and activities of theatre (acting, plays, stage productions) or, more commonly, to dramatic, exaggerated behavior used to impress or manipulate others.
Theatrics বলতে থিয়েটারের শিল্প ও কার্যক্রম (অভিনয়, নাটক, মঞ্চপ্রযোজনা) বোঝায়, তবে বেশি ব্যবহারে এটি লোক দেখানো বা প্রভাব ফেলতে/প্রতারণা করতে করা অতিনাটকীয়, বাড়াবাড়ি আচরণ বোঝায়।
