Sphygmography is the clinical technique of recording the pulse (arterial pressure wave) to study heart rate, rhythm, and vascular conditions, traditionally with an instrument called a sphygmograph.
স্ফিগমোগ্রাফি হলো ধমনীর স্পন্দন (আর্টেরিয়াল প্রেশার ওয়েভ) রেকর্ড বা পরিমাপ করার একটি চিকিৎসাবিদ্যাগত পদ্ধতি, যা হার্ট রেট, ছন্দ (রিদম) এবং রক্তনালীর অবস্থা মূল্যায়নে ব্যবহৃত হয়; ঐতিহাসিকভাবে এটি স্ফিগমোগ্রাফ নামের যন্ত্র দিয়ে করা হতো।
