Definition
A skylight is a glass (or transparent) window or opening set into the roof or upper ceiling of a building to bring daylight into the room below; in science/meteorology it can also mean diffuse sky radiation (sunlight scattered in the atmosphere).
স্কাইলাইট হলো ভবনের ছাদ বা ওপরের সিলিংয়ে বসানো কাচের/স্বচ্ছ জানালা বা ফাঁক, যার মাধ্যমে নিচের ঘরে প্রাকৃতিক আলো আসে; বিজ্ঞান/আবহাওয়াবিদ্যায় এটি আকাশ থেকে আসা বিচ্ছুরিত বিকিরণ (বায়ুমণ্ডলে ছিটকে পড়া সূর্যালোক) বোঝাতেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।
