সাইনপোস্টিং বলতে পথে দিকনির্দেশ দেখাতে সাইনবোর্ড/চিহ্ন বসানো, কাউকে সেবা বা সম্পদের দিকে নির্দেশ করা, অথবা বক্তৃতা/লেখার ভেতরে “এখন”, “সারসংক্ষেপে”, “পুনরালোচনা করলে” ইত্যাদি শব্দ-বন্ধ ব্যবহার করে আলোচনার অগ্রগতি ও কাঠামো স্পষ্ট করে দেখানো বোঝায়।
