নীরব থাকতে বলার সময় করা ‘শ্’ ধ্বনির অনুকরণে গঠিত (ধ্বন্যাত্মক/অনুকরণধ্বনি) শব্দ; ইংরেজিতে ১৯শ শতক থেকে নথিভুক্ত।
Usage Examples
He put a finger to his lips and whispered, “shh.”
