Definition
Reapportionment is the process of redistributing or reassigning shares, representation, or resources again—often after new data (like a census) changes what is fair or proportional, such as redrawing legislative seat allocations or adjusting funding across regions.
Reapportionment হলো অংশ/ভাগ/প্রতিনিধিত্ব বা সম্পদকে নতুন করে পুনর্বণ্টন বা পুনর্নির্ধারণ করার প্রক্রিয়া—সাধারণত নতুন তথ্য (যেমন আদমশুমারি) অনুযায়ী ন্যায্য বা আনুপাতিক বণ্টন বদলে গেলে; যেমন আইনসভায় আসন বণ্টন নতুন করে করা বা অঞ্চলভিত্তিক অর্থ বরাদ্দ সমন্বয় করা।
