Potableness refers to whether a liquid—most commonly water—is safe and suitable to drink, considering factors such as cleanliness, absence of harmful microbes/chemicals, and acceptable taste/odor.
Potableness বলতে কোনো তরল—বিশেষ করে পানি—পান করার জন্য নিরাপদ ও উপযোগী কি না বোঝায়; যেমন পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, ক্ষতিকর জীবাণু/রাসায়নিকের অনুপস্থিতি এবং গ্রহণযোগ্য স্বাদ-গন্ধ ইত্যাদি বিষয়ের ভিত্তিতে।
