Definition

Postdating means (1) happening after a particular time or event, or (2) giving a document (such as a contract or cheque) a date later than when it was actually made.

Postdating বলতে বোঝায় (১) কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সময়/ঘটনার পরে ঘটানো বা পরে বিদ্যমান থাকা, অথবা (২) কোনো নথি (যেমন চুক্তি বা চেক)-তে প্রকৃত তৈরির সময়ের চেয়ে পরের তারিখ বসানো/কার্যকর তারিখ পরে নির্ধারণ করা।
