From Latin perfundere (“to pour over; to spread through”), via Medieval Latin perfusio; formed from per- (“through”) + fundere (“to pour”).
লাতিন perfundere (“উপরে ঢালা/সর্বত্র ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া”) থেকে, মধ্যযুগীয় লাতিন perfusio হয়ে এসেছে; per- (“মাধ্যমে/সর্বত্র”) + fundere (“ঢালা”) অংশ থেকে গঠিত।
Definition
Perfusion is the process by which blood flows through the body’s blood vessels to deliver oxygen and nutrients to organs and tissues (and remove waste); in medicine it can also mean delivering a drug or nutrient solution through the bloodstream or through an organ’s vessels.
পারফিউশন হলো এমন প্রক্রিয়া যাতে রক্ত রক্তনালীর মাধ্যমে প্রবাহিত হয়ে অঙ্গ ও টিস্যুতে অক্সিজেন ও পুষ্টি পৌঁছে দেয় (এবং বর্জ্য অপসারণে সাহায্য করে); চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানে এটি রক্তপ্রবাহের মাধ্যমে বা কোনো অঙ্গের রক্তনালী দিয়ে ওষুধ/পুষ্টির দ্রবণ প্রবেশ করানোর অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত হয়।
