Penalisation is the process of giving a penalty (such as a fine, points deduction, or other sanction) because someone has broken a law, rule, or standard, or has not met required conditions.
Penalisation বলতে আইন/নিয়ম/মানদণ্ড ভাঙা বা নির্ধারিত শর্ত পূরণ না করার কারণে জরিমানা, পয়েন্ট কাটা, বা অন্যান্য শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা আরোপ করার প্রক্রিয়া বা অবস্থা বোঝায়।
