Ovulation is the biological process in which a mature egg (ovum) is released from an ovary, typically around the middle of the menstrual cycle, making pregnancy possible if fertilization occurs.
ওভুলেশন হলো একটি জৈবিক প্রক্রিয়া যেখানে পরিপক্ব ডিম্বাণু (ওভাম) ডিম্বাশয় থেকে মুক্তি পায়; এটি সাধারণত মাসিক চক্রের মাঝামাঝি সময়ে ঘটে এবং নিষিক্ত হলে গর্ভধারণ সম্ভব করে।
