From off (“away from”) + centre (“the middle point”), used to mean displaced from the centre; later extended to ‘unbalanced/eccentric’.

Off-centre describes something positioned away from the exact middle (e.g., decorations, an axis), or something that is not balanced/true (e.g., a wheel that wobbles, or a person acting slightly eccentric).
Off-centre বলতে বোঝায় কোনো কিছু ঠিক মাঝখানে না থেকে একটু সরে থাকা (যেমন সাজসজ্জা, কোনো অক্ষ), অথবা ভারসাম্যহীন/সমতল নয় এমন অবস্থা (যেমন কাঁপতে থাকা চাকা, বা কারও আচরণে সামান্য উৎকেন্দ্রিকতা)।
