Definition
Nonsecurity refers to a state where security is absent—meaning there is no adequate protection, safety, stability, or certainty, whether physical, emotional, financial, or informational.
ননসিকিউরিটি বলতে এমন একটি অবস্থা বোঝায় যেখানে নিরাপত্তা অনুপস্থিত—অর্থাৎ পর্যাপ্ত সুরক্ষা, নিরাপদতা, স্থিতিশীলতা বা নিশ্চয়তা নেই; তা শারীরিক, মানসিক, আর্থিক বা তথ্যগত—যেকোনো ক্ষেত্রেই হতে পারে।
