ননরিভোক্যাবিলিটি বলতে আইনগত বা ব্যবহারিক সেই অবস্থা বোঝায় যেখানে কোনো কাজ, প্রতিশ্রুতি, চুক্তি, অধিকার বা অনুমোদন একবার দেওয়া বা কার্যকর হলে তা আর প্রত্যাহার, বাতিল বা রদ করা যায় না।
