Formed in modern English from the prefix non- (“not”) + prophetic (from Greek prophētēs “one who speaks forth,” via Latin propheta and Old French).
আধুনিক ইংরেজিতে non- (‘না/বিহীন’) উপসর্গ + prophetic (গ্রিক prophētēs ‘যে প্রকাশ করে বলে’ থেকে; লাতিন propheta ও পুরাতন ফরাসি মাধ্যমে) যোগে গঠিত।

Not involving prophecy, prophetic prediction, or a prophet’s inspired message; used to describe statements, writings, interpretations, or roles that are ordinary, historical, moral, or administrative rather than divinely predictive.
