non- (অর্থ: ‘না/নয়’) উপসর্গ + collapsible (ল্যাটিন collapsus, collabi ধাতু থেকে; অর্থ: ‘একসাথে ভেঙে/ধসে পড়া’), যার ফলে অর্থ দাঁড়ায় ‘ধসে পড়ে না এমন/ভাঁজ করা যায় না এমন’।

Noncollapsible describes something that cannot be collapsed (folded down, compressed, or made to cave in) and is designed or strong enough to remain rigid and keep its shape under pressure or load.
Noncollapsible বলতে এমন কিছুকে বোঝায় যা ভাঁজ করা, চেপে ছোট করা বা ধসে পড়ানো যায় না; এটি এমনভাবে নকশা করা বা যথেষ্ট মজবুত যে চাপ বা ভারের নিচেও শক্তভাবে আকৃতি ধরে রাখে।
