Definition
Non-responsiveness is a condition in which a person, system, or organization does not react or reply as expected, whether to communication, instructions, or physical/medical stimuli; it can be temporary or persistent and may indicate inattention, refusal, malfunction, or impaired consciousness.
নন-রেসপনসিভনেস হলো এমন একটি অবস্থা যেখানে কোনো ব্যক্তি, ব্যবস্থা বা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রত্যাশিতভাবে প্রতিক্রিয়া বা উত্তর দেয় না—যোগাযোগ, নির্দেশনা, অথবা শারীরিক/চিকিৎসাগত উদ্দীপনার প্রতিও; এটি সাময়িক বা স্থায়ী হতে পারে এবং অমনোযোগ, ইচ্ছাকৃত অস্বীকৃতি, ত্রুটি/বিকলতা, বা চেতনা-হ্রাসের ইঙ্গিত দিতে পারে।
