Definition
A non-entrant is someone who does not enter or is not entered into a competition, race, exam, or similar process; it can also mean a person not admitted (or who fails to take up admission) to an institution or course.
non-entrant হলো এমন ব্যক্তি/প্রতিষ্ঠান যারা কোনো প্রতিযোগিতা, দৌড়, পরীক্ষা বা অনুরূপ প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশ নেয় না বা নিবন্ধিত/অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয় না; আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রেক্ষাপটে এটি এমন প্রার্থীও বোঝাতে পারে যাকে ভর্তি করা হয়নি বা ভর্তি হলেও আসন গ্রহণ করেনি।
