Origin & History
From ‘Nikean’ (variant of ‘Nicene’, relating to Nicaea, the city where the First Council of Nicaea was held) + the suffix ‘‑ism’, indicating a doctrine, system, or movement; thus ‘Nikeanism’ literally means ‘the doctrinal system associated with Nicaea and the Nicene Creed’.

Definition
