From neo- (“new”) + tropical, referring to the tropics of the New World (the Americas), a term used in biogeography.
neo- (“নতুন”) + tropical (“ক্রান্তীয়”) থেকে গঠিত; জীবভূগোলে ‘নতুন বিশ্ব’ (আমেরিকা) অঞ্চলের ক্রান্তীয় এলাকার নির্দেশক শব্দ হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত।
