Origin & History
From the older Western romanization of the city’s Manchu name (often connected with Manchu "Mukden" meaning something like "rising" or "to rise"), used historically for what is now Shenyang in Liaoning, China.
শহরটির মানচু নামের পুরনো পাশ্চাত্য রোমানাইজেশন থেকে (অনেক ক্ষেত্রে মানচু “Mukden”-কে “উত্থান/উঠে আসা”-ধর্মী অর্থের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করা হয়); ঐতিহাসিকভাবে চীনের লিয়াওনিং প্রদেশের বর্তমান শেনইয়াং শহরকে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হতো।
Definition
Mukden is the older English romanization/name for the city now officially known as Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning in northeast China; it appears frequently in Qing-dynasty and early-20th-century historical writing (e.g., the Mukden Palace and the Mukden Incident of 1931).
মুকদেন হলো চীনের উত্তর-পূর্বাঞ্চলের লিয়াওনিং প্রদেশের রাজধানী শহর শেনইয়াং-এর পুরনো ইংরেজি রোমানাইজড নাম/ঐতিহাসিক নাম; ছিং রাজবংশ ও বিংশ শতকের শুরুর ঐতিহাসিক লেখায় এটি বেশি দেখা যায় (যেমন মুকদেন প্রাসাদ ও ১৯৩১ সালের মুকদেন ঘটনা)।
