From Latin in- ‘not’ + excogitabilis ‘able to be thought out’, from excogitare ‘to think out, devise’ (ex- ‘out’ + cogitare ‘to think’).

Definition

Inexcogitable describes something that cannot be worked out by thinking or reasoning, or that is beyond human power to conceive or invent.
