A person who can understand, access, evaluate, and use digital tools and ICT (such as computers, the internet, email, and apps) safely and productively for study, work, and daily life.
যে ব্যক্তি তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি (আইসিটি)—যেমন কম্পিউটার, ইন্টারনেট, ইমেইল, অ্যাপ ইত্যাদি—বোঝে, ব্যবহার করতে পারে, তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারে এবং নিরাপদ ও কার্যকরভাবে পড়াশোনা, কাজ ও দৈনন্দিন জীবনে প্রয়োগ করতে সক্ষম।
