Definition

কোনো সংযোজিত/কনজুগেটেড যৌগ (যেমন ড্রাগ কনজুগেট, বিলিরুবিন কনজুগেট বা অন্য রাসায়নিকভাবে যুক্ত অণু)কে ভেঙে তার অসংযোজিত/আনকনজুগেটেড অংশগুলোতে আলাদা করা—প্রায়ই হাইড্রোলাইসিস বা এনজাইমের মাধ্যমে; বিস্তৃত অর্থে সংযোজন/জোড়া লিঙ্কেজকে উল্টে দেওয়া।
