যে ব্যক্তি বা প্রাণী কারও সঙ্গে থাকে, সহযাত্রা করে, কাজকর্মে সঙ্গ দেয় বা নিকট সম্পর্কের কারণে পাশে থাকে তাকে সঙ্গী বলা হয়
