Definition
যে ব্যক্তি নিয়মিতভাবে পাপ কাজ করে বা অন্যায়-অধর্মে অভ্যস্ত, তাকে পাপাচারী বলা হয়
A person who habitually commits sinful acts or is accustomed to wrongdoing and irreligious conduct is called a sinner
