Definition

যে অবস্থাে শাসনব্যবস্থা দুর্বল বা অকার্যকর থাকে, আইন-শৃঙ্খলা ও প্রশাসনিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ ঠিকমতো কার্যকর হয় না—তাকে অশাসন বলা হয়

A condition in which governance is weak or ineffective, and law, order, and administrative control do not function properly—this is called misrule or absence of proper governance
