যে গুণ বা অবস্থা থাকলে কোনো বস্তু/অধিকার/সেবা বা মূল্যকে অন্য কিছুর সঙ্গে সমমূল্যে বদলানো বা বিনিময় করা যায় না, তাকে অবিনিমেয়তা বলা হয়; অর্থনীতি ও নৈতিক দর্শনে এটি অনন্য, তুলনাহীন বা বাজারমূল্যে সম্পূর্ণ ধরা না-পড়া বিষয়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়
