Formed from Sanskrit-derived ‘নায়ক’ (leader/hero) + the suffix ‘ত্ব’ denoting a quality or state, yielding the sense ‘heroism’
Definition
কোনো ব্যক্তি বিপদের মুখে সাহস, ত্যাগ, নৈতিক দৃঢ়তা ও জনকল্যাণমূলক নেতৃত্ব দেখালে যে বীরোচিত গুণ ও আচরণ প্রকাশ পায় তাকে নায়কত্ব বলা হয়
