খাবারের গন্ধ, দোলনা/যানবাহনের ঝাঁকুনি, অসুস্থতা বা মানসিক অস্বস্তির কারণে যখন বমি আসার মতো লাগে বা শরীর ‘উল্টে’ যাওয়ার অনুভূতি হয়—সেই অবস্থাকে গা গুলানো বলা হয়
