যে কোনো পদার্থ বা উৎস যা পরিবেশে ক্ষতিকর উপাদান যোগ করে এবং বায়ু/জল/মাটি/শব্দ ইত্যাদির গুণমান নষ্ট করে তাকে দূষক বলা হয়
